We can write your grant applications as well as administer them, we understand procurement regulations and prevailing wage requirements for government agencies, and we are knowledgeable about wet land preservation and storm water management systems. Our general contractors comply with PESH and OSHA and have proper insurance.

Project Timeline & Review

LAJ will oversee obtaining your conceptual and site plan approvals, and will create a timeline for your project.

Study Coordination

LAJ can oversee State Environment Quality Reviews (SEQR), Generic Environmental Impact Study (GEIS), and wetland, storm water management, and traffic studies.

Procurement Regulations

We will assist you in complying with all applicable procurement regulations and in establishing lead agency.

Point Person for ALL Regulatory Agencies

LAJ works with and will coordinate all consultants and professionals on your project. We work with Superfund sites as well.

RFPs, RFEIs and RFQs

We can assist with response to a Request for Proposal, Request for Expression of Interest, or Request for Quotation, as well as write proposals and negotiate for PILOT programs.

Design

LAJ can handle any phase of interior and exterior design. From elevation to esthetics, we can assist you in realizing your vision.

Writing and Administering Grants

We can write compelling grant applications for you, as well as administer grants that have been awarded.

Planning & Zoning Board Coordination

LAJ can obtain permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate public hearings.

General Contracting

LAJ can act as your general contractor, including ensuring compliance with insurance, construction bonding, prevailing wage regulations, PESH & OSHA.
